Simply put, the production of traction pins follows the following procedures:
1) The choice of steel. Generally, clean low-alloy steel with stable chemical composition is used as the material of choice for the traction pin. 40 chrome round steel is mostly used in the market.
2) Forging. Cold forging is generally used. Pay attention to the precise deformation of the material during the forging process. Before and during forging, attention should be paid to dimensional inspection, magnetic inspection and macro-impregnation.
3) Product inspection and heat treatment
